Special Event Pricing

  • Time Limit: You will have 4 hours for set up, the event, and clean up.

    Capacity: We can fit up to 110 guests upstairs and 90 guests downstairs.

    Booking Fee: $25 nonrefundable The full booking amount includes the use of multiple arches, select décor, tables & chairs, linens, use of the property for photos, bar service, and use of the venue.

    Damage Deposit: $50 refundable This is required to be paid at the time of booking. If no damages are done to the property, the amount will be returned in full following the event.

    ALL alcoholic beverages, pop, and bottled water are to be purchased through the Rustic Chic. Renters are allowed to bring in punch, lemonade, water, and coffee.
